Fundamentals: Transcription (1 CEU Clock Hour)
This self-paced, 1-hour lesson provides an overview of transcription essential to support students’ writing development. Participants will learn about the importance of handwriting and keyboarding, developmental milestones in writing readiness, and will review standards for written language production. This lesson also explores how word processing tools can empower student writers by reducing barriers and strengthening written expression.
